This is a genuine antique hand carved shell cameo stick pin made in solid 14K yellow gold. It depicts a classical Greco-Roman goddess with a patrician profile beautifully framed in hand carved relief 14K setting. In spite of its age, it remains in terrific & perfectly wearable condition.
